Autumn is the season that one (or all) of us gets sick. My husband and son have allergies, school is back in session, and with the weather changing, there is no telling what will happen. I rarely get sick but a couple weeks ago, I ended up with strep. I took antibiotics to clear it but I still had congestion and a sore throat by the end of the day.
It took me a while to figure out that the reason for my sore throat reappearing every night was because of the moisture being sucked out of the air. When you turn on the heat in the fall, the forced air dries out your air, slightly drying you out. I already know I don’t drink enough water but I knew it would help if I added a humidifier to the house.
I RECEIVED THE ANYPRO HUMIDIFIER AT THE PERFECT TIME.
The size is perfect for not only our bedroom but it worked great to cover our family room and kitchen. Within 24 hours, my sore throat hadn’t reappeared like it normally did around 5pm. The
The cool mist humidifier runs 20 to 36 hours of continuous operation (depending on mist control setting) so you can breathe easily and sleep better. If you are concerned about the floor, don’t worry! Longer mist stream provides perfect coverage and leaves no condensation on the floor. Suitable for bedrooms, medium-sized to large rooms.
It didn’t just help me: Noah had a cough and runny nose that we couldn’t play whether it was a cold or his allergies. We decided the humidifier would help him out for a couple of nights so he had it running at night with him for 3 days. While it didn’t completely clear him up, we could tell a difference in his cough after the first night.
MY HUSBAND ALSO SAYS HIS SLEEP HAS IMPROVED SINCE STARTING TO USE THE ANYPRO HUMIDIFIER.
Our room is the farthest away from the furnace so it tends to be colder. Before we go to bed, I turn on a space heater (that only runs until we’re at the temp we want) and the humidifier. While the space heater turns off before we go to sleep, the humidifier runs all night and is super quiet. I even caught my husband moving it closer to him last night because he was starting to get stuffy. It has obviously helped him as well.
